It originated in townships and has become one of the most loved everyday foods in the country. Kota Co. exists to build a national QSR brand around it.

Franchise Questions
Kota Co. offers three store formats at different investment levels. A Diner format starts from approximately R950,000, a Kiosk from approximately R650,000, and a Container from approximately R550,000. These figures are indicative estimates and exclude working capital. Detailed investment information is provided during the formal application process.
Kota Co. currently offers three franchise formats: the Diner (full sit-down and takeaway), the Kiosk (compact, high-traffic takeaway unit), and the Container (a flexible modular format suited to various locations). Each format is designed to maintain brand standards while accommodating different site and investment profiles.
Prior food industry experience is beneficial but not a strict requirement. What matters most is your commitment to brand standards, operational discipline and customer service. Kota Co. provides comprehensive training and ongoing operational support to all franchisees.
Kota Co. supports franchisees through the full journey — from site selection guidance and store setup to branding, staff training, operations systems, marketing support and ongoing field visits. We are building a scalable franchise and our franchisee success is directly tied to our brand success.
